All of our fragrances have been carefully developed with both you and your pet in mind. The scent is not just in the product to mask a doggy-pong (although it will do) - there is also an emotional reason – it will help to inspire a mood:

When we develop our fragrances, we know that there is a difference in which scents work well in a candle and what properties you need in a pet grooming product, so the fragrance notes are not identical in each product from each fragrance family, but they are related. They evoke the same feeling and inspire the same emotion.
ENERGISING
RISE
Our candle allows the citrus zing of bergamot, tangy freshness of rosemary and floral pick-me-up of patchouli essential oils to prepare you for the day ahead. Effortlessly energising and invigorating. The addition of green tea and aloe vera in our shampoos and conditioning spray help soothe irritation and itchiness and heal dry, damaged skin.

Our candle will help both you and your pet unwind from the day and nestle for the night surrounded by the comforting aromas of lavender, geranium and patchouli. Our shampoos and conditioning spray combine lavender and patchouli with chamomile, for its anti-anxiety and relaxing benefits and honey, to reduce itching and relieve irritated skin.
CALMING
ZEN
Our candle delivers pure, unadulterated “you time”, where you can retreat to your den to relax and de-stress cocooned in a warming amber, smoky birch tar and comforting sandalwood fragrance. Our shampoos and conditioning spray incorporate the properties of black pepper oil to reduce anxiety and soothe sore muscles and cedarwood oil for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal effects.
UPLIFTING
BLISS
Our candle will transport you to a tropical beach where citrus aromas mingle with sweet vanilla and coconut, providing an uplifting mental escape. Our shampoos and conditioning spray combine sweet raspberry oil with vanilla and coconut to support coat and skin health.
REJUVENATING
HUG
This fresh, powdery and subtly floral scent is the ultimate fragrant embrace. It will leave you feeling soothed and rejuvenated. All of our products in the HUG family use the same fragrance oil that has been developed by a UK fragrance supplier with animals in mind and with the addition of odour eliminator to neutralize any bad odours.

GURU FACT
Just as humans are sensitive to, or simply don’t like, certain fragrances, dogs are the same, but with the added fact that they possess up to 300 million olfactory receptors in their noses, compared to about 6 million in ours.
Despite our product fragrances being developed to be loved and harmless to all, there is always the chance that your pet (or you) just might not like them, or are overly-sensitive to a particular ingredient.
